Excellent staff, good food. Rooms very comfortable and nicely designed. Nice location in the country but only a 10 minute drive to Newbury. Friendly dog! Highly recommended.

The location of this place is incredible and has been a favorite pub spot for many years, with a hearty breakfast served with well-presented chips and toast and good service.

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint pub inn. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a side entrance to the rooms. Parking was easy, and the location was in a lovely area in a charming local village. The staff was accommodating and left dog bones in the room for our furry friends. Breakfast was comprehensive, and the restaurant's food was good, especially the steak and Mediterranean vegetables.
Can't fault anything about it.
